Roos Carpaccio was founded in 2010 with the idea of cutting artisan carpaccio. The philosophy is to work only with pure products without preservatives.
We started our activities in Reeuwijk and now Roos Carpaccio B.V. delivers from a modern location in the city of Gouda the catering and retail. With a passion for carpaccio we do a tailor made job for each customer in a hygienic way.
We work with a pure product, so each portion of carpaccio is cut by hand. The shelf life of meat without additives is short. To enjoy the carpaccio, we freeze it quickly to preserve the quality.
