“We portion the carpaccio on a foil so you can have it on a plate in no time. Our hospitality packaging goes in 10 portions directly into the shock freezer after production to maintain quality. In addition to the hospitality packaging, it can also be customized, such as our two-person packaging for Retail. After quickly freezing to -18 degrees in the shock freezer, we package them in a box. Private label is also possible. After that, they go into an outer box for distribution as protected as possible. They are then delivered to the customer by pallet with freezer transport.
