Roos Carpaccio is SKAL certified. Thanks to this SKAL certificate, we can meet the demand for organic products. From source to plate, the customer is assured of a fair product.

If desired, we can also produce carpaccio from Halal meat. In our production, we meet all the requirements to process the product according to Halal.
