The beef carpaccio is hand-sliced from 100% beef.

It is cut from various cattle breeds from Ireland, France, and South America, such as Black Angus, Limousin, Hereford. Because our product is not artificially processed, you can enjoy a pure carpaccio with a natural flavor.

Available in various shapes and weights. The standard range includes 100 grams (28 cm), 80 grams (22 cm), 50 grams (17 cm).

Delicious as an appetizer, main course, tapas, or on a sandwich.

PREPARATION METHOD

Remove the packaging from the freezer.

Remove the packaging and place the carpaccio frozen on the plate.

Allow the carpaccio to thaw for 30 minutes.

Garnish the carpaccio with the ingredients as desired.
