Carpaccio of slow-cooked celeriac marinated in Moroccan herbs. This product is prepared according to our own recipe. A new fresh taste to offer as a variation.

Serve with truffl e mayonnaise, arugula and pumpkin berries.

The carpaccio can also be combined with several fl avors. Each chef can put their own spin on it.
